Returns & Exchanges

At Addax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Addax account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
